Based on a real place!-- only not terraformed (yet!). I thought it would be a fun idea to visualise the creation of a manufactured, interloping ecosystem from a touristy perspective. Inspired by 70s sci-fi art and old book covers (especially Kim Stanley Robinson’s Mars trilogy).

Based on a real place!-- only not terraformed (yet!). I thought it would be a fun idea to visualise the creation of a manufactured, interloping ecosystem from a touristy perspective. Inspired by 70s sci-fi art and old book covers (especially Kim Stanley Robinson’s Mars trilogy).
Each artwork is printed on 250 gsm/ 110lb acid-free archival paper with an uncoated matte finish, designed to last for years without losing its original beauty. All images showing the print in real space are digitally created mockups to best show the colour and detail of the artwork, and the texture is not representative of the actual print’s finish.
